Technician Operations Manager (Ref: LRGP-R&D4)

We are currently looking for an experienced Technician Operations Manager to lead
the Laboratory Group within Research and Development.

Candidates will have extensive experience of managing a group of technicians and
will have a thorough knowledge of good laboratory test practices ideally within a
motorsport environment. Previous knowledge of maintaining electronic, hydraulic
and mechanical rigs would be advantageous.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for this role as is the
ability to remain focused and calm when working under pressure to tight deadlines.
