Description
An opportunity exists for two Support Analysts to join the IS department working on a very busy Service Desk.
As a Service Desk Support Analyst, you will be joining a team of 3 providing 1st and 2nd line telephone, email
and desk side floor walking support on a variety of applications including MS Office, Windows XP/7, Document
Management Systems, Active Directory, desktop hardware, printers, laptops, Blackberry devices etc.
This is a very visible, user facing role where you will take ownership of IT support for the team, ensuring
timely resolution to incidents, service requests and problems. As well as possessing strong technical skills, the
successful applicant will be approachable, helpful and customer focussed with the desire and motivation to
succeed.
Ideally you should have experience in a similar role within a professional services environment. ITIL and any
Microsoft Certifications are highly advantageous.
