We are looking to recruit an established Facilities Manager whose main
objective will be to manage all aspects of site maintenance, security, catering
services, and capital building projects.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for;

• The review of site facilities to a level commensurate with the image
of the team and its shareholders, in a manner that is environmentally
sympathetic.

•

Managing the maintenance of the site, including grounds maintenance
& cleaning, building fixtures and fittings, services, disposal and
recycling.

•

Managing the provision of physical site security and be responsible for
the long term development of the site security systems and controls,
identifying practical and cost effective solutions.

•

Managing the provision of the on-site catering supplier to ensure the
catering service provided meets current quality standards.

•

In conjunction with the Operations Director manage the development
and implementation of major capital projects controlling both the
commercial and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role you will be a well rounded individual, who
has a good management style, with the ability to motivate and lead staff
for achieving the highest levels of service delivery.
Previous facility
management experience is essential and relevant qualifications or
memberships preferable.
You will also need to have a full understanding and practical experience of
building regulations supported by a good working knowledge of Mechanical
and Electrical systems.

A working knowledge of CRC legislation compliance would be a desired
attribute.
